Woman in wedding dress gives drowning man resuscitation (CPR)

A bride was seen giving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to a drowned man in Dalian City of northeast China's Liaoning Province on Monday. 

Sep 22, 2015 At 10:00 on Monday, the 61-year-old man who suffered from heart attack drowned while swimming at a local beach. He stopped breathing after being pulled out of the water. 

A bride named Guo Yuanyuan, who happened to be a nurse, was present at the scene taking wedding pictures with her husband. She immediately came over to check on the man's health condition and started performing CPR. 

As Guo continued to give CPR to the drowned man, locals delivered paper and water to her. 

Guo continued giving CPR for over 20 minutes until the emergency medical personnel arrived at the site.

Unfortunately, the man didn't survive. But the bride's act was well-received by the onlookers. 

"In my eyes, she is the most beautiful bride in the world. She cleared his mouth and performed CPR for over 20 minutes until the emergency medical personnel came. This shows the positive energy of the society," said a local resident.
